Company code
Staff join with your company code and their employee number. Put the code on the printable QR poster from Settings.
Visibility for managers
IT performance reports
Tickets per day, top requesters, and first-reply and resolve times for each IT person.
Device overview
Managers can see the company's PCs and who uses them, and IT sees each PC's health.
Audit log
Sign-ins and admin changes are recorded with who, what, when and the IP address.
Security by design
Company separation
Every request is checked against the signed-in company, and automated tests check that one company cannot read another's data.
Passwords and sessions
Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes. Sessions use an HttpOnly cookie, last 7 days and are stored on the server only as a hash.
Sign-in protection
After too many wrong attempts, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes.

Which plans are available?
Starter, Business and Pro, priced monthly in US dollars from $35 per month, plus Enterprise on request. Yearly billing costs the price of 10 months.
Which languages does ITCore support?
English, Mongolian and Chinese. Each person chooses their own language.
